We are a factory, so MOQ depends on the model and wire material. For standard 45W to 200W models, trial orders from 100 pieces are accepted. Yes. We support sample matching for importers and repair market distributors. Send us the model photo or drawing of the original motor, along with voltage, shaft size, mounting distance, and connector details, and we will match the closest XinWei model or customize one for you.

Standard models with stable raw material stock are usually ready within 7-15 days after order confirmation and deposit. OEM orders with special wire material, shaft, or packaging take around 20-30 days. Lead time for every order is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Motors are packed in export cartons (4 or 6 pieces per carton) with protective inner packing. We ship by sea (LCL/FCL), air, or express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) according to your order size and destination. For Middle East, Africa, and South Asia destinations we arrange both LCL and FCL shipments regularly.

The stack height affects the motor torque and heat dissipation. The 22mm stack is the standard option and fits most existing machines, while the 24mm stack provides slightly higher output and is used for machines that run the motor harder. Tell us your machine model or original motor measurement and we will recommend the right option.

We provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin for every shipment. For countries that require it, we can also arrange inspection certificates and testing documentation. Our export team has experience shipping to Middle East, African, and South Asian ports and will prepare the correct document set for your destination.
